I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). I work on a consulting team at a large software company. I’m a job hopper, around 2 years each at my first and second jobs and a little over a year at this job. Currently a CSM for a tech start up (REALLY EARLY STAGES) and have been there for almost 2 years. I do everything from CSM, HR, right hand to CFO and UX design for the app that we are building yet my title is CSM. I am looking for a better paying CSM job (70k+) or entry level UX design job. Resigned from my job for blatant racism last week. Been a contingent worker for 6 months. The manager that recruited me unfortunately left after a couple weeks and went to another company. She however recommended me for the permanent opportunity to higher management. The acting manager came in, permanent role was posted, I applied, interviewed……manager told me they chose someone else external for the role.
