I have seen people in the office yelling and scramming on zoom call to the point the person slammed their laptop. You are required to
Work 9-6, no matter what. If you need to step away for a doctors apportionment, you need to get PTO approved for it a week ahead of time. There’s no real firm culture. No holiday events. No holidays parties or anything at all. I thought I was the only one with this experience but it’s the firms culture as the other new hires I have spoken to said the same thing about firm and their managers.
There is a huge turnover. I was supposed to be working with 2 other senior associates but they resigned by the time I joined the firm. So the workload is very heavy with minimal training and teacher form managers or anyone else.
Everyone is on edge here and has attitude for some reason
