Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me. 83k in industry senior accountant, is that bad? When I said $90k they said they can’t do that and told me $85k is absolute max. Should I keep looking?
