How is BA Continnum regarding work life balance and will there be any bonus ?

I revised my CTC from JPMC before joining. Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. He told that they won't be able to justify my pay and gave me SOO. How much is the hike and bonus for SOO rating?

I have recently applied in Barclays for analyst position at Chennai location. The status of my application has changed from application submitted to Hiring manager review on 5th of July. From then i didn't receive any mail from the company, and the status of my application is also unchanged.
