How long does it take for HR to release offer letter.
They asked my payslip and other documents 1 week back but no HR call yet(no salary negotiation as well, they just asked documents before HR round). I am on my notice period. If they release it in last month, I am afraid I will be low balled since I am already under paid. If multiple companies offer same salary at last month, can I jave the leverage to ask more from one of them? Any advice is appreciated

I completed technical round of interview for Cognizant and was scheduled for L2 round. But during the L2 round, there were some technical issues with the application due to which the interviewer got a lag in my voice. So he said he would reschedule the interview. What should I do next? Have any vets here been able to join MBB at the post-MBA level with only an undergraduate degree?
