I recently interviewed with MITRE for a systems engineering role to make the move from Leidos where I feel underpaid for the work I do and for my experience ($85K). I have 4 YOE, a STEM degree, and soon will have a Masters Degree. I’m looking to make around $120K in the new role at Mitre. Does anyone have any insight into comp there? This would be in the DC metro area. Does $120K seem reasonable or am I dreaming?
I recently interviewed for a role at Goldman Sachs and completed all the levels. After the final interview HR sent me a link to fill out the Compensation Questionnaire and requested for related documents. Next day, another HR called me for some clarification and told me that they are going to request for some approvals. Does this mean I can expect an offer letter? If yes, how long will that process take?
I got a call from HR and offer discussion was over couple of weeks back and still waiting for them to send me final mail to release offer. May I know if they take this much time to release offer, when I did a follow up call after 10 days they said they are waiting for some approval to release offer.
Any ideas i still have chances to get offer? BNY Mellon
Hi Guyz,
Any one from IBM ?
I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?
Anyone joined NatWest recently..?

I’m with HIG. It’s dependent on the interviewer schedule as you’d guess. Explain the situation to the recruiter and have it expedited
Recruiting process at our firm in general is really drawn out.
Bummer.
My whole process was done in about 2.5 weeks
Depends! Mine took 2-3 weeks. HIG as well
Dang that’s really fast. TAG here and it took close to 2 months. And that’s with me being available for all rounds on the first days available.
Pepi / 2 month ish
Had a convo with the recruiter. Said she’d try and speed it up seeing as the other firm moving fast as well.
HIG pretty slow usually
Agree with AM4, I joined with another offer and process was 2 weeks total- sped up due to my other option. HIG as well.
Yeah she dropped a SD convo on my calendar for this week. And a said she would get the other HIG team on the books for Wednesday. Fingers crossed 🤞
