Had just 1 year at ACN Tech Consulting before making the leap. D Recruiters tend to reach out to you first. While I enjoyed my time at ACN, the fit and experience for me was better at D. Deloitte culture of owning your career is real, vs at Accenture I’d have to fight really hard to get onto a non-tech Consulting role. Networking at Accenture didn’t seem to have nearly as much of a benefit at least for getting on desired projects
I’d say this, if i left consulting, and had to come back, I’d rather return to D than >
I went from ACN to D. The culture is pretty similar and if your in technology we're using a lot more offshore resources so it's starting to look like ACN. We're actually losing out on a ton of deals to you guys right now and there is a hiring freeze so I'd probably look elsewhere.
Plenty of people here from Accenture. I’d look on LinkedIn and see who you can chat wktj
I am looking to go to Accenture since everyone left ACN to come to DC. More opportunities and yes, DC is loosing business to ACN.
Had a recruiter from D reach out to me this week so the hiring freeze might not be 💯 accurate.
My offer is stuck between verbal and written letter due to the freeze :/
Solid perspective everyone!!! Thank you.
