Anyone moved from a Consulting role to a Customer Success role at Slack? Curious to hear about the experience

I am done with my HR round. And said I am selected in Siemens, balewadi, but not yet received the offer letter. Its been a month now They are waiting for approvals. Any idea when will I get the offer letter.

I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. Current SC with ~3YOE looking for a jump to tech. Just wrapped up interviews with AWS non-tech role slotted at L4. Current base is $115k. Can anyone provide insight into the band for L4 at AWS? Is Salesforce on a hiring freeze for all positions? I feel like I still see postings for openings going up?

I have a in person(online, 4 hours - 4 people) technical interview coming up and I have been practicing my coding for the past 3 weeks. The only thought I've been having is "what if I can't solve the coding question?" I am still fairly new to the software engineer scene and the position is for a level 1 software engineer.
Does it essentially end my chances if at any point I can't solve the question? I mean I will definitely attempt to talk it through, ask question, but no progress in code. 🤷

I interviewed for a role with the Enterprise Risk Team at EY. I told them my salary requirements were $105 k before the interview. They said it should be ok if I'm brought in as a Senior 1. After the interview, they said they want to bring me in as a Staff2 at $84k with $3k signing bonus. I'm trying to get on a call to negotiate further...do these numbers sound right to you all?

I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. They emailed me back saying that I am no longer in this process anymore with no further explanation and in Thanksgiving day. Is that normal?that email really got me very upset
