I need genuine suggestions. I was holding offer from IBM and Wipro & now have got a good offer from a mid size organization.
I want to negotiate with IBM and Wipro & join any of these two.

Do these companies negotiate? When & how should I start negotiation with them ?

I would like to talk professionally so that they provide me a matching CTC or in case, they can't at least they don't block me for future openings.

Please suggest, if anyone can share their experiences.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Highest number of billable hours you have seen in a year?

A recruiter once told me that mid size firms pay more than big 4 at the senior and manager level especially to external hires. Has anyone found this to be true? HCOL if that matters

What's the best side hustle, how much time does it consume and how did you get started?

Leaving PA for my dream school next year for a career pivot. However still have awhile before I can leave (there’s no reason to forgo a paycheck for even longer than I already have to…). I have no idea how I’ll make it through busy season without quitting on the spot 😩
