I have two friends with PhDs in the space and they are struggling to find anything to do outside of academia. I’m actually surprised vp up there has consultants working in the area, seems like a lot of voodoo hand wavy stuff that doesn’t really add any value.

Our firm works in the area of leadership consulting and we help organizations with their talent strategies- assessing for selection, potential, and reasoner for roles, helping develop leadership pipeline and so on. IO takes the business side to psychology. Very interesting stuff and we get wonderful engagements with our clients.
