For those that have no desire to ever go in-house, what are the reasons other than the pay cut? Or is that the only reason?

A. Typical salary for senior analyst / associate in corp dev at a bulge bracket?

B. Is it worth exiting from big 4 strategy?

C. How does a corp dev role compare at a bank vs other companies? Is it prestigious?

I need some advice my friends. I interviewed last year for M1 at a big four but ended up coming in as S3 with the expectation to be promoted to M1 within 6-12 months per the interview. Now they are saying target promotion is now end of 2022 (would make it 18 months). Are they just dragging me along since we are short seniors? I’ve now been in public for 6 years now. I was in the “met expectations” group for performance. Is it time for me to go into private? Will my raise be anything exciting?

I'm getting a MAcc to career change to forensic accounting. What opportunities are available to me with a data analytics heavy MAcc? I'm also tacking on 2 graduate certificates in Applied Statistics and International Economic Policy? For those in the field, would that be useful or not useful (i.e. waste of time)? Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. I'm not sure where I should join, any suggestions?
