I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. I recieved a joining bonus of 1 lakh from my previous employer in last fiscal year which was taxed.
I resigned from the organisation before completing 1 year... Which will be deducted from my last month salary.

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents.
