I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My cash flow analysis has a payback period of 3 years for my down payment and a 13 year payback period for the whole investment. I think financially it makes sense. My question is, is it realistic for a 25 year old young professional to handle dealing with all the extra curricular’s that come with owning a rental property ?

Isn’t ARKK a self fulfilling prophecy? Billions of new investments made into ARKK every month - hence millions of stock being purchased in relatively small companies that otherwise wouldn’t have seen so much demand (higher demand inc price). Am I understanding this wrong?

How do people increase their credit score? Mine’s only around 790/770 for transunion/equifax respectively and its been like that for a while now. Can anyone invest in Roth IRA asking with 401k or is there a limit based on salary? I was told if you are making above X, you can't invest in Roth IRA. If this is true what's is X amount?

Hi all, I am trying to DCA bi-weekly into Vanguard ETFs, (VO, VTI etc). It seems like Fidelity does not support auto buying of non-Fidelity ETFs. So I was wondering which of these options you think is best?

1. Open a Vanguard Invest account
2. Look for Fidelity ETFs that are similar to Vanguard ETFs
3. Use smaller brokerages like SoFi l, Robinhood etc.

I really do not want to manage nor be active. My goal is to log-in like once every 6 months.

Anyone US persons with Dual Citizenship who invest in the markets back home? I am wondering if it’s worth it to open an account next time I return, what are tax implications?
