Any tips for a candidate who is currently in working in a bank in IT operations and interviewing for a tech company for a role they don't have technical experience at all? Moving from a BA position to another BA role but tech is completely different...

Does anyone here have an idea of BA office? What kind of projects do they generally support from BA?
Is it a direct client facing role?

Has anyone accepted a secondment to a client? Was it worth it? Did you stay with your firm or did the secondment turn into a FT position?

Do you all write cover letters for job apps (where they require one) like how you would write an ‘our understanding’ section of a proposal to a client? I.e. some soulful understanding of the hiring firm’s place in the universe, reasoning of what their needs are to succeed and put them in a position of greatness etc, and why you are uniquely qualified?

Or just keep it simple?

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.

I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position.
