Anyone willing to share first hand / second hand information on Accenture M&A Strategy? Is it mostly PMI/PMO/IT ? What other work do they do within M&A? Culture? How do they compare with B4 counterparts?

Are there any internal FP&A roles at Big 4? The only thing close that I've been able to find is EFA at Deloitte.

Hi ladies, I just landed a job that promoted me to Senior Manager at a b4 (from manager at a competitor). I feel overwhelmed and the impostor syndrome is kicking in. Job starts in Jan, and I want be prepared for this leadership position, want to work on my executive presence & soft skills. Any advice on how to get better and hit the ground running? Feedback I got is that I’m too nice and sound soft, that I need a thick skin. How can I prepare for this role? Thanks in advance!

Has anyone made the switch from ad agency to consultancy? I’m considering a move to one of the Big 4 firms and from an outside perspective consulting is more confusing than I thought… Is the jump worth having Big 4 on your resume over an agency?

I just accepted an offer at another big4 and I feel so blessed to be making $130k in LOCL as a 23 year old with less than 1.25 YOE. And I find it funny that I'm gonna be "senior" consultant/associate at my age and YOE. I don't know jack shit, and will completely understand if my clients/senior peers don't give me any respect at all. After just one year and one busy season as an Assurance Associate in FS - Asset Mgmt (my first full time job out of college), I tested the market and subsequently accepted an offer as a fund accountant with a 30% raise and a 20% discretionary bonus ... did I make the right move or should I have stayed longer?
