Anyone working in RPA / intelligent automation and hiring? I’m looking for opportunities within PwC or outside

I started a new role 3 months ago and I don’t feel like I’m being set up to succeed. There was basically no onboarding. I have no clue who to go to for anything. We have no central repository for old documents, so I’m constantly fumbling around & starting from zero. I keep finding systems or programs that someone was supposed to get me access to/train me on but never did. I’m so stressed out because I never know if I’m missing something huge. Is this normal..or do I need to start job hunting?

does wipro pays for notice period recovery , I preponed my release date from current org and I see that as recovery amount in my provisional f&f , I have sent a couple of emails, talked to wipro HR a couple of times asking if they shall pay for recovery but their response has been non committal so far , what should I do so I could get the notice period recovery done , the DU am going to, hiring manager from that told that it could be claimed but HR has not given anything in written so far?

Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. The position is remote & I’d like $20/hr. I’ve invested in myself as a coach & plan to complete board certification by early 2023

Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
