I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

How do people afford a flamboyant lifestyle?
Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

Holy moly the more I learn about how LEK runs the less I understand how they retain any talent
I was at a different T2 and it was way less goofy
You’d think we’d be trusting our OWN EXPECTATIONS, right?! But no!!! “You meet my expectations but that ain’t worth shit!”
Yes. After your first year in a role, meeting expectations gets you 10% of target in the U.S.
200 C2, 205 C3
I don't even know where to begin. The target bonus is $5000??? It does not grow between y1 and y2? "Meet expectations", which should be the largest performance bucket, gets you 10% of target??
My friend told me she made $111k last year as a 2nd year at LEK (versus $144k theoretical).
$110k base, $1k bonus, $0 profit share 🤣
Can’t confirm the bonus structure though.
I think it’s worth pointing out that the target performance bonus is *separate* from firmwide profit share
Yes, but most firms combine the two. So saying you get 10% of target in a year we actually get profit share isn’t quite accurate when comparing TC across firms.
