At what point do you start looking for extra work to do if you’re on the bench as an associate and already notified staffing of your availability? Been 2 weeks and mostly been using the break to catch up with life stuff

People on bench , how are you spending your day/time? Please share some stuff so that it can help/motivate others like me.

I know notice period at thoughtworks is 2 months .
Given there are a lot of people on the bench , is there any chance that the notice period can be reduced down ? I'm not on the bench . Recently I joined a new project .

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.
