Applied for a position, had the phone screen - the salary was a little lower then expected and the hybrid is 3 days in office when online it said 2-3. Not 10 minutes after the call I got an invite for the second round.

Talking over with my wife the commute 3 days is quite a bit, the salary bump is less than 10k. I am inclined to rescind my application.

However, this is a company on my top 3 list I want to work for in the future. Should I take the interview and then decline or cancel prior?
