Applied to a new job, went through 10 interviews over a few months, negotiated salary, then received a verbal offer, and accepted. Recruiter said it would take up to 2 weeks to email me the written offer (had to go through approvals, HR, legal). It’s been 2.5 weeks now and no word. Reached out to recruiter to check on progress yesterday morning and no response. Now what? Should I reach out to director from final interview? To recruiter again? Please help, feeling so crumby 😭 😔

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
