Applied to a position at Biogen and received a phone screen request from HR. After sending three email responses/follow-ups over the past ~2 weeks, I’ve been ghosted.

Is this the level of professionalism I should now expect from recruiters? Any suggestions on next steps, or should I just consider it a loss? Unfortunately, it’s a role I was very excited about.

Interviewing at a dream company, and right from the first interview the recruiter told me we are way off on salary expectations. This was a little bit expected, as the role is requiring a few years less experience than I have and also in a much cheaper market. They already told me the salary range during this first call, but wondering if they like me enough and I get an offer, how I might approach negotiating for more. I would be making much less than I do now, but it is a dream company.

I cleared Accenture interview and today got an email to upload documents on their portal. Also, got a call from HR and she asked about the salary expectations and other details. And few minutes later I found that my profile has been put on hold.

question is, they will negotiate with me or they have rejected my profile ?
