Applied to what I thought was a reputable agency and was almost immediately asked to complete a 2-hour assessment, no screening call with the recruiter necessary (is this the norm now?). It’s been 2 weeks with no update, despite being told I’d hear back by last week. I followed up and was told an update was coming within 48 hours...still nothing. Even if I don't get the job I’d at least like feedback on the assessment. Is it time to cut my losses or follow up one last time?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge.
