I'm feeling incredibly anxious and honestly depressed right now because of work. Hi Everyone! I have a background in health research. I received my first offer as a ux researcher 3 (1 step below senior) which is pretty competitive compared to my former field. It is with fanduel for 120k base, 6% bonus (8% next year since I’m not starting in jan) , I believe 10% in equity (12.5% next year) total comp 130. I’m extremely grateful but just wanted to see if this was acceptable for the industry. I’m mixed methods and they want to build out their quant side. Should I accept as is?
