I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

I’d bring it up sooner than later stating what was initially discussed and respectfully recognizing that due to mgmt shift. Though, this maybe more of a lessons learned depending on how much times passed already. Lesson of when the person leaving or shifting you catch that before too much time passed so you could reference them-now it’s technically out of their reach unless they’re in a position of influence.
You could also reach back out to that previous manager and seek Councel coming from a place where you’re seeking their guidance and not necessarily asking them to fix it.
Also( you could go to the new manager and tell them you discussed x and would like the firm to make you whole, that way you’re not pointing a finger at one person but simply asking the firm as a whole.
