SCORES ARE UP!
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

I don't think that's common but if you're underpaid, yeah, you'll see some corrections in some years. As a senior director at RSM, I mostly saw 5-7% raises. If you don't make partner, at some point, you'll hit the cap and normal raises will be less than 5%.
Not common, but not unheard of. Depends on your current comp, your role at the firm and what trajectory you’re on.
I’m thinking $12-15k raise / bonus seems more reasonable given my current comp and it being a non promotion year. Received highest rating this year and leaders have mentioned I’m on partner track so maybe my raise / bonus could be higher.
