No but negotiate a good severance before accepting. Protect yourself because this industry won't.

Yeah that’s not really a thing, at least not in the U.S. Some companies will negotiate a severance package at the time of offer, but that’s only typical for exec-level hires.

No, but depending on level and ask I have seen penalties if it is before a certain date. Eg, new creative lead asked to build out a team/vision. Negotiated 18 months. If layoff within 18 it was very expensive. After, regular severance.
You can negotiate a severance deal upfront, but some holding companies have stopped allowing that.
Like a no-trade clause in sports? This is brilliant! (And also completely impossible to enforce)
