Will note I’m pre-MBA, but from looking at friends’ experiences, FAANG type exits are always going to be tough, but doable. Just a standard F500 strategy exit that beats current comp…I don’t want to say “easy”….but kind of.

I’m about 2 YOE so granted there are more roles for my kind of position than any other level, but I probably avg ~1-2 recruiter InMails a week. Granted most of them are not anything I’m interested in and would likely not pay the level you’re describing, but just doing the math it wouldn’t be that hard to make one of those work out and check all the boxes.
There’s a lot of selection bias in what you see on here. You don’t see the people that took a pay cut or even moved laterally in terms of comp.
Median exit is probably roughly flat total comp, better WLB, slower comp growth trajectory.

That’s what I’m thinking - the loudest voices are either the people who doubled their TC or had a really shitty experience interviewing somewhere. Most offers I’m getting are roughly lateral on base comp but once you factor in COL, it gets sideways pretty quick
