I am looking to take a mental health break and fire corporate america, at least temporarily maybe 6-12 months. I may end up loving it and never coming back. I want to move to an island, but I need income. So I am looking for remote work that will allow me to live out of the US. Many work from home jobs won’t allow you VPN access out of the country so you still have to be in the US.

Experience sharing on calories deficit -
I have a normal body build but want to lose a few pounds(especially around my belly). I am making visible progress now by eating less(work gets busy and I use that to forget about hunger), a lot of walking, have casein protein to feel less hungry. Diet is really what do the trick.
But there are drawbacks too - my energy level(especially around night time) drop significantly that the level of exercise I used to do feels hard (light/mid intensity)
