Are there industry standards on metrics for Call Center jobs? Where I work if you make one error in a month, you are almost never going to make the month’s requirement because they don’t review enough calls (in my opinion). This doesn’t seem right, especially with the agents being human and AI picking out the calls for review.

Hi all, I have about 7 years of professional experience but only one year as a Customer Success Manager. I work on mid market accounts currently. I love my job, but would prefer to support a more robust platform that will allow me to add more value for my customers.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on what compensation you might expect for a CSM transitioning to a new company with one year of experience.

To clarify, I don’t have an offer yet, I’m just looking to make a move.

Thank you!

Has anyone ever tried shrooms to treat depression and anxiety? I’ve been unhappy/depressed about life for the last 2-4 years. I’ve seen a therapist. I have moments where I’m happy and that comes in short spurts. But a lot of the times I’m depressed/anxious and I honestly just want to try shrooms because I’ve heard it may help.

I’m totally empathetic to people that miss offices and traveling. I understand your reasons why, I truly do.

For me personally, after non-stop weekly travel for 4 straight years, not traveling has made me realize how much I enjoy being home. Spending time with family, sleeping in your own bed, consistent exercise schedule, etc.

I for one hope consulting becomes more of a hybrid travel model (i.e. travel 1-2x per month or as needed). Else it won’t be for me.

Anyways, just some thoughts.
