Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Fully remote with an office in my house :)
Same! Moved from NYC to the PA suburbs and bought a house with a big home office. I love it.
Fully remote for over seven years and not once have I ever wished I was back in the office. I love the freedom and the flexibility that being remote gives me. Plus, I'm far more productive not having to deal with irritating small talk all day long.
That!! On the rare occasion I’m in an office, I get absolutely nothing done
I'm and have been since 2 years before the pandemic. I love it. Honestly, there's no way I would want to work in an office with the team that I'm working on a current project with. Lol, they aren't terrible it's just different personalities often cause workplace tension. It's so easy to avoid that remotely. I'm not suggesting that there isn't any tension while working remotely, it's easier to avoid. After a zoom meeting they go there way and I go mine. To each there own, I could never see myself working away from home.
Right? That is the biggest thing I don’t miss. I think I like my coworkers more because we aren’t together all the time. Plus having more freedom is nice
I’m hybrid - three days in-office and two days at home - and love it. I would consider being fully in-person for the right role. I would not want to be fully remote again.
That is totally fair! It is my biggest complaint about remote work, especially in the winter when I already don’t want to leave my apartment. It definitely takes more effort to get dressed and see people!
Thankfully I work for a fully remote agency, so I am working from home every day. A couple of my colleagues don't like it, they wish we had a centralized office, but I do not relate.
Remote work is the best! There are times I wish I had another place to go and work but overall, wouldn’t trade it for anything!
I'm remote. There are days I wish I was in the office but overall I've enjoyed WFH. I'm not in a major market and working remotely has allowed me to get the work experience of being in a major market
Remote here. Sometimes I go into the office for a big meeting but otherwise I'm a few hours away from the nearest office and much more productive as a result.
