Is it ok to fornicate with coworkers?
Every partner that I work with

Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this
P.S she belongs to a back end team serving the firm internally charging time on only one code.

If you are their manager then yes it’s your job. Even though it sounds like the argument is about style, left unaddressed it will impact the work and the broader team if not resolved. The more you manage the more this stuff becomes an issue. If the feedback from the one employee is “she’s bitchy” that’s not helpful feedback. You need to get them to articulate feedback that is constructive so that they are able to share it. You also need to help them understand that they will be working with all types of people and communicators and part of success is in figuring out how to navigate and work with others (or their career will be very short).
Thank you. I really appreciate your help!
Hey, OP. Have you found any resolution?
Hi! Yes. HR confirmed two helpful pieces of info that as a new manager I didn’t know. 1., yes, hear them out and listen. Suggest a few high level options (that I actually took from an online management class they suggested). 2., if it’s not work related and only personal, it’s not my responsibility to address unless the employee wants to make a formal complaint.
I took some suggestions from this post as well. I kept all conversations private and neutral. But, mostly, I listened and didn’t comment much.
For context, I still have all of my same huge projects before managing them. I’m fine with all the other roles and responsibilities, but this is 1., not my strength and 2., I don’t have time for it.
Personal or work related argument?
Thank you again! It was really helpful!
