As a consultant, I should be supplied with an ice scraper in my rental car so that I don't need to scrape the windshield with my corporate AmEx on a chilly morning in Memphis.

"as a consultant"? Seems like that should be standard for anyone renting a car in a region with snow.

like

Yikes, then you better work on your logic 💁🏻‍♀️

Get a client in Minnesota. The rental cars there include ice scrapers.

At least you’re not using a diners club card...

We thought about that at EY. We had American Express design a card that is slightly thicker and “X” beveled on the top side 🤣. We are two years into the program.

like

Don’t you think anyone who rents a car should be supplied with an ice scraper?

Just throw hot water on it, instant scraper

We get them in Kansas way back in October lol

like

Maybe just buy an ice scraper and expense it?

From what I've observed, rental car companies have specific dates when they start and stop putting scrapers in the car (for all customers).

Your ask might be to expand the range.

Or, you can check and see if the rental car has one before you drive off the lot, then ask for one.

An an entitled bigwig, I must throw my role around instead of say ... improvising. Deal with it, bucko. Everyone else does.

Incorrect user story format. Forgot to include “so that ___.” Pls fix
