As a minority or POC, do you find it hard to effectively network? How have you built your network?

I’ve used a lot of college connections, and I’ve also stayed in touch with recruiters I’ve worked with in the past. Those have been the most valuable relationships to nurture over time. I do struggle when it comes to meeting new people, especially at a conference or something. How about you?

Completely new to real estate and considering getting a real estate license. Is it hard to juggle a full time job and being an agent part time?

What do you think are the new things to learn in data engineering in Azure platform

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
