I have to eat a lot of protein due to having had bariatric surgery.
I never take any vitamins. But I make sure to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. And I really make an effort to avoid junk food or fast food. I always see that stuff as just empty calories. I find that if I eat fruit at breakfast and lunch I have plenty of energy.

This really is good advice. My mom was such a fruit and veggies person. II'd rather have that than meat
Good advice
I pack a spare empty bottle of vitamins that I fill with my daily and other supplements, I pack it in lunch tote so I can’t forget to take with lunch. I take a couple vitamins in morning and the rest I take at lunch. I take b12 drops in a.m, and my multi. At lunch I take C, mushroom supplement, ashwaganda, sometimes gaba and other things like flaxseed oil, or elderberry. Depends how I’m feeling but I do take a lot of different things

I've been looking at ashwaganda and wondered if it is safe to take with thyroid medicine. I'm going to ask my doctors about it.
I take probiotics and vitamin D. It has really helped my immune system
