When would the hiring pause end for Microsoft Canada IDC roles ?

Pretty bummed out. I had applied for a consulting job with S-RM and made it up until the written assessment. They emailed me today and told me that they would not be moving forward.

what is the standard process of asking to switch office locations? has anyone done it successfully? did you go through HR or apply for the position directly? any advice welcome.

Hi! Anybody knows of federal agencies hiring that are offering fulltime telework/remote?
I currently work for an agency based in DC and my boss is forcing us to come back into the office fulltime after we’ve been remote for nearly two years. Majority of my coworkers have already left for the private sector but I’d like to remain in the public.

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay.
