As an European looking to move to NY, which option do you think is better?

A - Finding a job that is willing to sponsor my visa

B - Applying for the visa independently (by paying for it) and then starting the job hunt as a normal candidate who doesn't need visa sponsorship

My opinion is that option A might be the harder choice.

Had an intro chat / interview with HH canceled bc of “scheduling conflict”. They said they’d reschedule asap. Haven’t heard from them for 3 days. Should I wait, follow-up or set up another call? Am I reading too much into it?
