As I am recently considering to freeze my eggs, I noticed my salary can barely cover all those costs along with my credit card debt(interest free atm) like it’s doable but I have to give up a lifestyle for a long time for it.

Can you try to take a year to get your credit card debt out of the way and then freeze your eggs ?

like

It’s not huge credit card debt haha 😆around 3k can pay back in 2 months

What are you talking about? Yeah I'm old. I'm 67 years old. My wife is dead. What is the benefit of freezing your eggs? There are non-for-profit companies that will help you rebuild your credit. Reduce your payments and pay off your debt faster.

What lifestyle are you talking about? It's just money and it's just a job. This is a cry for help!!!!
Please go see someone !!you young people worry me

There are places where you can freeze for free if you donate some of the eggs.

Wow. Something I never thought I'd learn in an accounting section, but it is saving you money! Potentially.

Insurance benefit at some companies cover that under family planning. Maybe check in case yours does too or if you can upgrade that benefit to get coverage

Other quick ways to save money include getting rid of your monthly subscription services, changing your auto insurance provider, getting a roommate

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

Are private companies easier to work at than public companies in accounting? We have such an accelerated close deadline at the publicly traded company I’m at now, I really hate the inflexible tight deadlines and analysis seems to drag on forever after that. We also close AP/AR very early in the month yet that doesn’t stop payments/receipts from happening so we’re constantly adjusting our accruals until the end of month. Do private companies start their close after the month actually ends?
