I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

I’m gonna keep it real with you, people who can barely read and write are PO’s in SAFe environments. It’s depressing how high the bar is to get in, and depressing how low the bar is to perform. I worked at Anthem and have heard stories from friends at Walgreens (both SAFe) and the people in PO positions aren’t the most impressive…
I got my PO role as a 24 year old with no experience because of a massive layoff and there was desperation to fill roles after people realized a layoff was a terrible idea. I suppose they saw I could read and write and were like “ok he’s good enough”. Much of it is luck. I was lucky idiot management consultants fired everyone and shortly after realized we need to fill certain roles.
All of this is to say Sr BA, try to get referrals, try to tag team with a PO so you can learn and say you’ve worked on PO related stuff, try to get CSPO certified (preferably if your company will fund it), try to work with your manager and see if there’s a need for a PO where you can write all the JIRA stories and save them $ by not needing to hire a PO if you do the PO and BA work.
Just apply and make sure your experience speaks to doing the job of a product owner. You could write in your BA description that you were also a product owner. I didn’t come from an agile product background and transitioned to one and it was easy.
You shouldn’t have a problem to be honest. You got the certs, you understand the framework, and you have the background.
And yeah, it’s sometimes a low bar at a large company.
