Isn't it possible to have a conversation with hiring manager in Amazon before joining. I tried to have a catch up with him regarding my roles and responsibilities, but my manager denied. I was told , that I will be only able to interact with him after joining. Now I am starting to give a second thought about joining Amazon.

About me: Water engineering/treatment and power plant performance experience for nearly 10 years. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles.
