Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

I’m not exactly sure I remember. The formula was shared around offer time. Bonuses are great, but be prepared for a significant base pay cut. I just couldn’t stomach that.
The base is sightly lower but bonuses are 20-40%. PEPI is doing well.
Pretty standard - bunch of phone interviews plus in person case. This was about 6 months ago, I’ve been told they are very aggressively hiring right now in PEPI.
I did. It wasn’t a great fit and there comp model is frustrating. Case was based on area of practice. Mine was a Ops DD situation.
At the senior associate level they told me average bonus of like 40%, but I could be remembering that wrong.
Did you get an offer? What’s the case study on?
Do you happen to know the fee sharing %? Also thanks for the replies
What is PEPI?
