There are approximately about 150-200 employees who are on notice period after resignation.
About 40-50 minimum resign per month willingly.

In such a scenario should not HR folks as these employees to exit first, rather than layoffs.?

Im looking to buy a home, program is zero down (no PMI). I make 150k base salary; take home 8k mon. Im looking to buy a house under 350k in my area. Im looking at a payment of about 3k including prop. taxes in a newly gentrifying area. My plan is to house-hack and in a year move out. Is this monthly payment too high? I have under 10k student loans (will get wiped) and no other payments. I want to make sure I can afford it even without tenants just in case.

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
