Hi! I have been working in marketing and advertising for ~5 years and recently started exploring the freelance side of things. I started conversations with a small boutique studio about doing Facebook ads for them and they asked what my retainer fee would be to manage them. Since I’ve always worked for a company that was hired to do it I am not entirely sure what a freelance rate for that should be? I would love any insight. I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1V) and increased NP to 90D from 45D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu(product based) giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They are saying - I already got good hike, no budget, your NP is high and we are considering only fixed part.
So in dilemma to stay for yearly hike or to leave because of 90D NP which will make difficult to get another job
