Cognizant talent acquisition team is has given in Candidate Information sheet to fill before HR round.
There, they've asked me about current salary and expected salary.
No column has been given for offer in hand.
I donot want to right the expectation in sheet and want to discuss that with HR only.
What can I do?!

I find Tim Ryan slightly creepy looking
I feel like a good rule of thumb for NY is AS is 80-120 and AD is 120-160 based on discussions with recruiters and peers.
@AD1: I would aim higher in Atlanta. 120k for director in most of the shops I’ve interviewed with.
Noted. Just shy of 100k in ATL.
Can’t speak to LA or SF but Chi and NY are quite different based on my experience.
Chi Sup / Dir - 70k / 110k
NY Sup / Dir - 120k / 160k
Atlanta: Supervisor $80K, Director $105K
NYC: AS - 75-95k, AD - 95-170k. Director is a much broader range because years of experience can vary more and you tend to spend longer in roles as you go up the ladder.
NYC for my own curiosity, since « top tier city » ranges can vary greatly amongst what AE listed
Largely, NYC salaries are still higher than SF and most definitely higher than LA or Chicago
NYC AS 70-90k
NYC AD 105-120k (15-20% more depending on experience)
This has been my experience in NY but have been consistently lowballed as I have had to claw my way into the NY market.
Curious if you’re at a traditional or digital shop? Big or small? Seems a little low
SF here. $114k annual.
What city?
Any tier 1 city for the sake of curiosity (LA, NY, SF, Chi, etc.)
I think I was making 75k when I first became a dupe and that was high if I remember in 2014. Seams not to be the case anymore
