I applied to Amazon job in LinkedIn . Got a mail to complete a Hacker Earth test from Amazon . But i felt not prepared and didn't even try it thinking i might fail and they might not shortlist me the next time when i apply again after preparing .
Do they track any data like who didn't attend the test so they can ignore them next time? Or if i prepare good enough and reapply again after 3 to 4 months would this cause any issue?

Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

Has anyone here tried pregmune?

Coming from a US perspective, your best chances are either:
1) going to an MBA or top Masters of Finance and recruiting into an IB
2) leaning into an industry niche and networking your way into an IB
Applying cold is very unlikely to land you anywhere.
USA perspective: lateraled from consulting to banking but had to take the demotion to analyst. Consulting and banking are pretty different so unless you're working within some sort of M&A or valuation group, it's gonna be a tough switch specially now that the industry isn't going crazy like it was in 2021
I did the opposite. PE to Consulting, which is a much easier switch. I think your path would require a higher degree and a ton of networking.
