Any body got retention offer from LTI?
One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

That's disrespectful tbh, OP.
That's way low, they're trying to fuck you for lack of a grad degree
And upper level management can't seem to understand why attrition is so high 🤔
Listen man the benefits are great (at least 6% match), the work life is great, there's a lot of professional development, and job security is really high. Don't get me wrong. But at the end of the day, we have some pride and have worked real hard feel valuable and they should know that. I myself took on a lot of loans trying to go to a great undergrad and I communicated that I need a higher salary. At this point I'm willing to take the risk to job security to get the salary bump in commercial.
Flowering. That's autocorrected from following, but I prefer it.
BAH2 nailed it. Definitely communicate that you expect higher rate. If they don't budge, take it then roll out after getting experience. Let them know that the salary wasn't competitive, nor on par with standards.
Way fucking low.
Low. I got tied off that treatment at BAH and went to ACN
Very low. And keep in mind that BAH has semi-rigid increase rates. Up to 6% for merit (rare) and up to 3% for promotions. They aren't given in tandem, only individually. They do have an arbitrary market adjustment increase, but those are very rare and I wouldn't count on receiving one.
That's way low - go to ACN Fed.
That's fine for industry, low for consulting
That's low, would be a SC at that pay rate I would think. Top end of SC in 90's.
That's low, you should be breaking 6 figures at least.
That is low. I was Booz a few years back and senior consultants that were internal to the firm were at 85-90......you need to hop
Listen, if you have to take it, then take it. However Booz people try really hard to keep talent therefore you must communicate before signing that you expect to be making 100k soon. Associates do a lot more work and you'll be miserable making that little while knowing those chilling under you make more than you.
Only perk I see is that at that price point you have a cool advantage as an "associate" dabbling in commercial projects. Take that experience, kill it, and then ask for a raise or leave to another commercial competitor for major cash.
That's low.
BAH low balls, heard a lot of the same story
Thanks, everyone. I wasn't expecting to get zero "meh that's ok"s. Good to know!
Just got promoted to associate, at 125
