Out of 5-6 roles applied, have got a call twice from recruiter but never managed to get an interview.
What am I doing wrong?

Any tips for how to stand out when submitting resumes online to an F50? I have started sending my resume to in-house jobs and it’s hard to even get a response from most listings. I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company). For a number of places, I have indicated that I am looking for a remote position, which is maybe a negative.

During my job search, I am getting a lot of recruiters asking for me to answer right to represent emails. These particular recruiters follow a same pattern and seem unprofessional. Shall I be aware and not sign these right to represents? Are they a scam? Or is it a cultural thing… can someone advise me, I’m based in the USA

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Would a Case Managers make more an hour bc of their leadership decisions & caseload they are responsible for? In Indeed the ranges for salary varied. What would you negotiate for in NW Ohio area?

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Resigned from my job for blatant racism last week. Been a contingent worker for 6 months. The manager that recruited me unfortunately left after a couple weeks and went to another company. She however recommended me for the permanent opportunity to higher management. The acting manager came in, permanent role was posted, I applied, interviewed……manager told me they chose someone else external for the role. I could sense the manager had no intentions to hire me permanently

Is there any issue, if the designation at the time of offer is different than that of relieving? Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer.

Director interview after super day?

Had a super day last week and I thought it went well, partner sent back a nice message to my thank you note. Trying not to read too into it, but is it normal to have an interview with another director after having already interviewed with a director (and a MD)?

I did mention I have interest in a specific area with a director last week and it looks like this next director I’m interviewing primarily works in that area.

Management consultant evaluating an offer from Google’s Go-to-market team (Strategy & Operations) in India. Two questions:
