Been living at home from past 2 years, single, and saving almost all of my salary and haven’t invested anywhere. What is the best way to invest lump sum amount?

Hi Guys, I have 4.5 yrs of Automation experience. I have exp in Selenium, Java, katalon, protractor and cucumber. I also have a master's in software engineer from California and worked in US for 2.5yrs. I relocated to India couple years ago but I haven't been able to achieve the salary slab that I would like for my exp. Current CTC is 9lpa.
What should I do or change about my approach for a better salary?

How did you tell your manager you’re pregnant? Did it affect pay/promos? And then, subsequently, how did you start letting colleagues know you’re pregnant? Feels awkward to just randomly drop the news in a meeting! I work remotely so it’s hard to tell by video :) I’m 21 weeks and feel like I’ve waited as long as I can to at least notify my manager. I was waiting to negotiate my salary for next year but per company trend that doesn’t get set until January (manager reviews are written in Dec).

This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years. Got a call from Deloitte HR and she told me that if you're available for an interview right now. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. It looks like companies like Deloitte wants just an employee without knowing there knowledge and skills. What's your views guy
