Being interviewed to be a technical advisor for a startup. As a staff, do I need to be aware of any issues other than updating GMS' matters to be reported section?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

My current company is going out of business next week. I am rushing to get my next job lined up (probably won’t happen in time but I’m trying my best). What’s the common process for when a client offering you a job at the end of the project? Do you still have to go through interviews and stuffs like a normal application or the client would just send you an offer?
The client asked me to join their team, we talked about the position (no specific comp yet), and they asked for my resume. Just want to know what the common process is like in this situation, TIA.

Felt that I had a great conversation but didn’t get the final round. Recruiter said that it was a tough decision and it might be that I should shoot for a higher level than the one I applied. Has this happened to you before?

I jad an interview on 2nd August, 2022 and on 17th August, 2022. I received an email stating that interviewer is moving up your profile and contact a person email id for further information.
Since that day I haven't heard anything from the HR. I had called HR several times but no response from calls as well as mails too.

Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

On an initial call with a company's recruiter, I was told the salary range. I said that the base pay is lower than what I make now, but with equity it's about equal, so it would be ok. If I actually receive an offer after the interview process, can I ask the company to match or at least get closer on the base pay?
