BEO means you can’t discriminate against race, Creed color, national origin, disability age, genetic information, etc. but no matter how many times I try I get forced applications where they ask what year I graduated from high school it’s completely irrelevant if you say you have a high school degree and you have to present it in order to be on boarded. Why do they need to know the year? It’s clearly a way to try to screen out anybody over 30 and it should be illegal.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

If you are on short term disability during a firm holiday, will you still accrue those days and can use them as paid time off?

Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. Which one should i master as i see numerous job openings in java + angular ? If somebody knows, please tell me how much knowledge in java is required to switch from Frontend to Fullstack. I work at a medical device manufacturing plant as a training coordinator, I have a military background and a degree and am trying to advance but am feeling stuck. I am a literal jack of all trades, and am trying to get out of the hourly life, I’m working an average of 100 hour weeks and have been for at least the last 6 months.
