Anyone done a 3 hour flight on American in first recently? Trying to figure out if I should grab a bite at the airport or if they actually brought back edible meals

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
